Your privacy.

Who runs this site

rtx.fitness, RTX Coaching and RTX Gym Sim are run by Yosef (RTX), an individual in the United States. “I”, “me” and “we” in this policy mean Yosef. You can reach me at [email protected] or through the contact page.

Site stats

To see which pages and buttons people use, the homepage and game send simple counts to my own server: which page you viewed, which buttons or links you clicked, roughly how long the page was open, the site that sent you (like TikTok or Google), your country, and your device type (phone, tablet or computer).

I don't use cookies for this and I don't store your IP address. To count unique visitors, your IP address and browser name are mixed into a one-way code that changes every day, so it can't be used to identify you or follow you across days.

RTX Gym Sim

If you just play

Your progress is saved in your own browser (local storage) on your device. It isn't sent to me unless you join the rankings.

If you join the rankings

When you join, I store:

• The player name you pick and a recovery code, so you can get back in on another device.
• Your game stats and a copy of your save (deadlift, followers, income, rebirths and progress).
• A one-way code made from your network address, used only to stop spam sign-ups. Your actual IP address is not stored.
• Optional: an email and password if you add them for sign-in. Passwords are salted and hashed, so nobody (including me) can read them. I don't send marketing emails to this address.

Chat, messages and AI characters

• Public chat messages are visible to every player and are automatically deleted after about 3 days.
• Private messages (DMs) are stored so you can read them later. To keep players safe, I (as the admin) can view and delete messages when moderating, for example after a report.
• Your block list and your DM on/off setting are stored so they keep working.
• When you talk to AI characters on trips, your message and a little game info (your player name, deadlift and followers) are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to write the reply. I don't save those conversations.

Don't share personal information like your address, phone number or school in chat or DMs.

Ads and cookies

Right now this site doesn't use advertising cookies. I may show ads in the future, for example optional “watch an ad for a reward” ads in RTX Gym Sim, served by Google. If I do:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info.
• Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

Who I share data with

I don't sell or rent your information to anyone. Data is only handled by the services that run the site:

• Cloudflare hosts the site, the game server and the database, and runs the AI characters.
• Whop handles coaching and plan purchases. When you buy, Whop collects your payment details under its own privacy policy. I never see your card number.
• Google for fonts and, if ads are added, advertising (see above).

I may also share information if the law requires it.

How long I keep things

• Site stats: up to about 13 months, then automatically deleted.
• Public chat: about 3 days.
• Player accounts, saves and DMs: until you ask me to delete them, or I remove inactive or rule-breaking accounts.

Your choices

• Delete your data: email me at [email protected] or message me with your player name or recovery code and I'll delete your player, chat messages and DMs.
• Clear your local save: use “Reset game” in RTX Gym Sim, or clear your browser's site data.
• Block and turn off DMs any time from inside the game.
• Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have extra rights to access, correct or delete your information. Contact me and I'll help.

Kids

This site and RTX Gym Sim are not meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you're under 13, please don't join the rankings or use chat. If you're a parent and think your child gave me information, contact me and I'll delete it.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
